Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This User Agreement shall be construed in accord with the applicable laws of India. The High Court of judicature at Chennai alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
Cancellations
Priscilla Secret reserves the right to not accept/process any order from any customer for any reason without notice/intimation (Will refund if pre-paid orders are placed by these customers without any notice/initmation). Reasons can be many including a customer returning the products frequently, customer trying to use his influence owing to his position/profession, customer returning the products after use, customer not accepting CoD orders, customer rasing a payment transaction Dispute without sharing the concern with Priscilla Secret etc. leading to or capable of leading to a monetary/reputation loss to Priscilla Secret. Priscilla Secret reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason without giving any prior notice to the customer. If any amount is paid by the customer, the amount will be refunded in 10 to 12 business days of the cancellation.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
In case of requests for order cancellations by customers, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 48 (forty eight) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
Pricing
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Priscilla Secret cannot confirm the price of a product until after the order is placed. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Priscilla Secret shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, Priscilla Secret may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Priscilla Secret will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or contact number provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to the original mode of payment within 10 to 12 business days.
Unconfirmed/Declined/Fraudulent Transactions
Order confirmation mails are auto-generated once the payment is made and verified. In a rare case where any amount gets deducted from your account for an order but you do not receive the order confirmation details within 24 hours, to your registered email address, you are requested to notify Priscilla Secret by sending an email to info@priscillasecret with the transaction details.
In case of fraudulent transactions, Priscilla Secret reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Priscilla Secret reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
Priscilla Secret shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
You Agree and Confirm
That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of incorrect information shared by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Priscilla Secret for re-delivery shall be claimed from you. That you will use the services provided by Priscilla Secret, its affiliates and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Priscilla Secret reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time.
